What most people don’t realize is that you can get in on that action too with an affiliate program called Amazon Associates.

The exact rate will depend on which company you use to promote products on your site, but one general rule of thumb is to count on a minimum payout percentage of 15 percent and a maximum payout of 50 percent. For example, if you sell an item for $100 with a 25 percent commission rate, then you will earn $25.
